Whice tools do you used for simulation IEC104 SLAVE。 about lib60870 HOT 7 OPEN

I used the own slave code or other devices for testing. Can you provide a pcap (wireshark) file to see what happens when communication breaks down? Maybe s sequence number problem. What is PMA?
