Its seem lessc compiler not found. You need to install less & yuglify node.js packages as mentioned in the README. You can installed it with node.js package manager (npm) "$ npm install -g less yuglify"

I've created a new site from scratch. I am currently trying to figure out how to add images - looks like I need to create a directory manually (i.e. /media/images/catalog/products/my_pic.jpg). One thing I noticed while trying to add my first product was the registered trademark symbol doesn't parse properly. I may look into fixing this in the future after I've got a bit more experience, but it is a very minor issue.
