Migrate ibatis 2 to jakarta namespace about ibatis-2 HOT 4 OPEN

I should add, users of ibatis 2 have now had 13 going on 14 years to upgrade.

maybe but this repo is purely maintenance and unless someone else does that work, its unlikely to happen. Reality is no one should be using this version, reality is quite different but new support won't get added here. Its BAU just so its enough to work. Where it eventually fails folks will be on their own to figure it out and actually upgrade to mybatis 3. That effort is not hard, they can run together. But I digress, I just realize I see this at my day job constantly with folks writing new ibatis 2 level code for zero reason...
