Ah, I managed to reproduce! Fixed with #2536 Sorry about this issue. A bit tricky with determining sample names in fastp outputs.

Thanks @vladsavelyev !
It seems that it was able to parse the correct sample name from the filenames according to this:
Falling back to extracting it from the file name: "AR0721.fastp.json" -> "AR0721 | AR0721"
But for some reason it generated an error instead of going ahead with it.
