Not working with OS's other than Windows 7 about mspaintide HOT 2 CLOSED

If anyone happens to see this issue again, the OCR is still being actively worked on and has a ton of progress on it, just made the OCR's repo public, though it contains a bunch of testing code that wasn't intended to be public originally https://github.com/RubbaBoy/NewOCR

The new OCR is several times faster, can support almost any font you want, tons of font sizes, etc.

The OCR has been completed and is now in a snapshot release and available on Central and on GitHub still. So far, most OCR functionality has been migrated with the only feature left requiring testing is text replacement and searching (Though it may actually be done already, who knows). Looks like we're on track for v3 😃
