Hi @yqy6611 -

Yes, those plots can get buggy. Just FYI, the rest of the program still works even when those plots fail.

If you run the program in debug mode (with -d), more output will be created to explain why the plots aren't working.

Hi all,

I ran into the same issues while running a dereplication job.

I don't know if it help, but here are the error messages :
