? The purpose of that folder's name is to test the escaping of folder names when building HTML of folder listings. If &
is allowed in Windows file names, I would take a patch to change it. Otherwise, I'd recommend you check out DXR onto the FS of whatever VM you're running it in. (DXR doesn't work in Windows.)

Yes, &
is allowed in Windows filenames. If we really need to test this, can we create these folder names on-the-fly from the test? I've run into this problem before and it is a bit of a pain. It doesn't just skip that file but aborts the checkout in the middle so you can't even get all the other files with ordinary names.

Creating on the fly sounds fine, but I'm not positive there's a good place in which to do that, since the HTML gets built before the test ever executes. It will take a little bit of cleverness.
