Remove commented out code about movetk HOT 1 OPEN

@craigrbarnes some of the commented out code was used to demonstrate different possibilities. For example

 //typedef CGAL::Mpzf NT;
 //typedef CGAL::Gmpfr NT;
 //typedef CGAL::Gmpq NT;

was added in GeometryBackendTraits.h to demonstrate that it is possible to multi-precision number types as well instead of long double.

similarly the line

 //p = {1,1,1,1,1,1,1};

in examples/make_point.cpp was added to show that its possible to create a point in higher dimensions as long as variable
const static size_t dimensions = 2; is set in GeometryBackendTraits.h to the required dimension.

Maybe what we can do is add these as comments, so that they don't look like commented out code
To begin with, I would suggest: let's create a list of such cases where the code is commented out and then we can either (a) remove them or (b) add them as comments
