Add config option to hide Spotify playlists about mopidy-spotify HOT 6 CLOSED

I suppose this is to reduce noise in the client UIs.

If so, I guess it makes sense to not expose them at playlists at all, but maybe still as a "Spotify/Playlists" folder with a subfolder per playlist? That way they take considerably less space in client UIs.

I was requesting this more because I want to be able to use my Spotify premium account in a house with a bunch of other people and would like everyone to be able to control the music but don't want to expose my playlists to everyone.

Is the goal to make the playlists gone completely, or is it good enough to just make them less prominent, e.g. by just having them available in a "Spotify/Playlists" folder next to "Spotify/Country top lists", etc?
