The bot is telling you that you don't have ffmpeg installed. You can test if you have it installed by typing ffmpeg -v in the console.
This guide explains how to install this.

The command is ffmpeg -v, not npm ffmpeg -v.

okay, i did what the guide said, i didn't do it the first time, and now when i type the rught command i got this :

Alright it seems to be installed now, try restarting the bot now it should no longer display that error.
