The motivation for the lib prefix is the naming for the Rust source, i.e. libextra, libstd, etc.; if it had an executable it would clearly not be a lib, but given that it is, it probably makes sense to keep the prefix.

I was actually thinking about suggesting the opposite change: keep libmongo as libmongo and rename bson to libbson.

Either one is fine. We should just keep the naming consistent.
