Add DE_QWERTZ layout about logigsk HOT 16 OPEN

@BikeAtor great job my friend, the picture is really good. If only everyone that had a specific layout request did what you did, we would've been able to support all the layouts in no time. I will work on the DE_QWERTZ layout in the next few days in my spare time, and hopefully it will be added shortly to the source. Thank you very much for your help.

@HeroChao Sorry for the late reply. I need a larger image than the one you have already sent, if you can take a high def. photo of your keyboard over a white background, I can try and work with that. The implementation should be really simple.
I'm using netbeans latest version along with Oracles Java 8 but I have tried it with OpenJDK and it was working fine.
Unfortunately you have to do manual counting. and the G-Keys are included in the lighting options but not supported in shortcut functionality.
Let me know how things progress with you.
I would love for LogiGSK to support all different language layouts for all keyboards.

Hi, I just made a picture of my German G910. The PNG should have tansparency for the Keys.

You can use the pictures as you like. They are totally free.

Name should be DE_QWERTZ
As names in Java you could use:
ä = ae
ö = oe
ü = ue
ß = ss
It would be nice to support the German Layout :-)

If I find some time, I will do some work on the code also.
