Bundled `@module-federation/native-federation-typescript` expects `vue-tsc` as required dependency about universe HOT 3 CLOSED

Looking into the source of error, I found this line in the chunk-LISD7NBU.js:

var _vuetsc = require('vue-tsc');

I think this was supposed to be conditionally require'd based on compilerInstance variable.

Both typescript and vue-tsc are peerDependencies that should be automatically installed by the package manager.

Are you using pnpm?

I was under the impression that vue-tsc was an optional dependency. I'd rather not have vue-tsc installed at all since I'm using this for a custom webpack setup.

If it is not, would it be under the scope of this project to require vue-tsc optionally?

I'm using npm directly btw :)
