No. It appears in the tray when open it, but then disappears
from modernflyouts.

I'm having a similar problem in the latest beta. Originally, it wasn't starting at startup even though it was enabled, so I put a shortcut in the startup folder, and now it appears in the tray on startup. However, it won't show up and still uses windows default flyouts, unless I go into settings, switch back to win default and back to modernflyouts.
