As a quick fix, maybe there should be a warning to make sure no jupyter notebooks are running prior to starting the model notebook?

For the reference, running the script in sudo mode (and this is on mac) does not fix the issue.

After some research this actually seems to be an IP issue on MAC. Docker apparently runs under a different IP than the host system, so the port is actually free, but we have to figure out the correct IP to access the model.

Had the same problem on Windows, which I could fix. So current version runs on Windows and Linux and hopefully Mac (couldn't test yet).
We are using ports 81, 81 and 8080 now, so these must be free on the host. It would still make sense to warn and abort if ports are in use already. We could provide an option for the user to specify alternative ports via cmdl.
