Sounds good to me. Thanks!

I suggest the reference group is defined in the function make_mob_in and then it is automatically used in all subsequent analysis and plotting functions. Does that make sene? Who can do that fix?

Well we thought more about this as a group and decided that this limits flexibility of the code. So instead we suggest that the user define the argument ref_group in the plotting function similar to how it is defined in the function get_delta_stats in fact when writing the documentation you can use the following Roxygen instructions to make documentation easier.

#' @inheritParams get_delta_stats

This tells the package to go to the function get_delta_stats to look for how any undefined arguments should be defined such as ref_group in this case.

Hi @dmcglinn & @FelixMay - Not sure if this is resolved so I've assigned you both. Let me know if I can help.
