I had opened a request some time ago to be able to implement fonts for dyslexics. (opendixlexic)

No worries, I remember :) Most likely will be in the next version.

Furthermore, the entries for the Italian language, only two remain good.
It would be nice to implement other more natural voices.

Which ones are okay and which ones aren't?

If you come across any nice Italian voice model that is freely available, please let me know.

It is a limitation of org.kde.breeze theme. I don't think I can fix this. Try to switch style to org.kde.desktop and check if it resolves the problem.

By default, org.kde.desktop is used only on KDE Plasma because it doesn't look nice under dark theme. On other hand, org.kde.breeze style looks fine in dark theme but it doesn't have all features. For instance, context menu is missing :(

Can you explain this in more detail? What do you mean by "sublevels"?

By sublevels I mean separating the whisper, coqui, etc. as tree models.
