Hi @dong-dev, thanks for reporting this issue! We've investigated the issue with the .NET/MSBuild team, and a fix has been implemented. The fix will be available in an upcoming update to VS.

The sample has been updated to use WindowsAppSDK 1.2. If you still see this issue, reactivate with your updated results.
