When writing in HTML and CSS, the half-width 'j' does not respond. While typing 'j' in HTML and CSS, the language seems to recognize it as a command, and it prompts with "j was received, waiting for the second key" or outputs "The key combination (J, U) is not recognized as a command." In CSS, trying to type 'justify' results in 'ju' being unresponsive, and it displays "The key combination (J, U) is not recognized as a command." I am unable to determine the cause of this issue, and it is hindering my practice development.

The keyboard language setting is set to Japanese - Microsoft IME. The half-width 'J' is not recognized only within VS Code.
