In fact, this is just a prompt error and does not produce any additional side effects. I can still continue debugging. However, this kind of error message will cause serious misunderstandings for developers, because this message is exactly the same as the message when the code execution error occurs, and developers will not be able to distinguish it correctly.

I propose a solution to display the breakpoint correctly. The -break-list command has been provided in the gdb mi interface to display all breakpoints. I wonder if it is possible to add the following methods to vscode-cpptools:
- After sending the launch.json, vscode-cpptools requests the MIEngine for a breakpoint table once.
- After each time vscode-cpptools sends a command to gdb through the debug console, it requests the MIEngine for a breakpoint table again to fresh the breakpoint table.
