These were updated to 0.73 with this PR: #906
That would have been verified in an automated fashion but I'm not sure if all were manually verified. @YajurG can you check?
@kylinholmes Curious what the other error was (this shows error 2 of 2, what was 1 of 2?)

@kylinholmes I ran the calculator app in the directory you mentioned - was building and running okay with no errors. Was your local branch upto date with main?

@YajurG I clone the lastest version last week. And it seems the lastest one.
I just tried to pull, and it says "Already up to date.", git log as following

That's strange - it looks like you are up to date as I have the same output when running git log. When installing dev dependencies, did you run the script here: https://microsoft.github.io/react-native-windows/docs/rnw-dependencies

I didn't run this script, but installed manually. U can see my environment above.
Like VS2022 Preview, Nodejs18, dotnet 7, and C++
