Is it possible to get the PDBs outside of Nuget?

Currently the only way is to recompile the core dependencies yourself. The NuGet packages already take up to 10 GB, I am very not keen on adding more with PDBs.

You can follow the Building the Core dependencies from sources notes from the documentation if you want to go down that route. Note that this is not trivial, and takes quite some time.

Note that point 2. has been fixed; a local build of webrtc.lib is now correctly linked if available, and the NuGet one used otherwise as a fallback. The NuGet packages now contain .props files instead of .targets files for that reason.
