Two functions cannot have an argument with same name but different types if one is inlined in the other about knossos-ksc HOT 4 OPEN

inlineCall is a bit flaky. It will replace $inline (callee 0 a) with

let a = 0
    v = a
in v

We should really perform some sort of substitution by multiple variables at once. @simonpj, do we have something to do that already? Is it substExpr?

You are correct -- it is a bit flaky. We should really make fresh variables. I was putting that off until it bit us!

If you know how to fix it quickly then feel free to go ahead, otherwise let's wait to hear back from @jinnaiyuu about how urgent this is. In the meantime I will add a warning about this.

It is not blocking us. I have rewritten all the functions inlined to have different argument names.
