We've tested this in an 8.2.1.344 org and aren't able to repro the issue. Are you running a sample test or a custom test that you've created? If it's custom can you include the code and we'll try that.

Even samples fail for our environment. I've checked whether the names are correct. They have been in fact.
Unfortunately for the moment I haven't got a vanilla environment. l'll try to provide more details.

I managed to find the way to fix this problem. But another question is opened.
For some of our environments DOM differs (for instance)

Do you know the reason? Or is it a normal transition to a new DOM structure?

I think this may have to do with what you have as a start page. Example: Sales = TabSFA and Service = TabCS. We will adjust this to look for a DOM item above that Tab. This is a bug and we'll get it resolved. Thanks for providing more information.
