Emit warning or error when the extension unknowingly scans the login page about accessibility-insights-action HOT 2 CLOSED

Suggested fix:

• The extension receives an array for the actual pages processed from the scan package in combinedScanResult.combinedAxeResults.urls
• We could check if that array of urls contains a url that starts with https://login.microsoftonline.com.
  • If serviceAccountName is defined and there's a login url, throw an error to let the user know that the service account doesn't have sufficient permissions to access the URL. Example: The service account ${serviceAccountName} does not have sufficient permissions to access the URL ${baseUrl}.
  • Otherwise, if there's a login url, throw an error to let the user know that authentication is required. Example: The URL ${baseUrl} requires authentication. Visit https://aka.ms/AI-action-auth to learn how to add authentication.
