This repo is missing a license file about .github HOT 2 CLOSED

@DragosDanielBoia @fossygirl so I'm not sure what to do in this case...

Since this is the "uber-repo" for the Microsoft org, does this mean that if we add a LICENSE file, that it would automatically appear in all Microsoft org repos? (That would send the incorrect message, that all repos are MIT, for example)...

It's my understanding from the docs this may not be an issue but I want more eyes on it.

GitHub says here https://docs.github.com/en/communities/setting-up-your-project-for-healthy-contributions/creating-a-default-community-health-file that files like CODE_OF_CONDUCT, CONTRIBUTING, will pull from here if we have them by default, but does not mention license

Yeah, agree about opting it out. I think this is an example of why we only made these issues and not PRs to automatically apply a license. I say close it with no action; we know this is a special case and doesn't need a license. @DragosDanielBoia would you agree?
