does not work on gradle plugin 8.2.2
Caused by: org.gradle.api.internal.plugins.PluginApplicationException: Failed to apply plugin 'io.michaelrocks.paranoid'.
Caused by: com.android.builder.errors.EvalIssueException: API 'android.registerTransform' is removed.
