edit: I tweaked it so that the range of the rScale (used for subgroups) is now the bandwidth of the xScale. I don't really love how this is done in the ColumnGrouped
component and think it would be better if I created a wrapper component to do this in.
But an even better approach would be to be able to define that in the <LayerCake>
component somehow.
