What's your APEX version?

my Apex version is 5.1
where can I find this method?
Its working at apex.oracle.com but not working on my APEX application 5.1.4, getting the same error message:
Uncaught Error: no such method 'getToolbar' for interactiveGrid widget instance
grid.extendToolbar.js
[...]
var toolbar = vWidget$.interactiveGrid("getToolbar");
[...]
My questions are:
Where can I found this method?
If I add this to the list of js files in the plug-it will work?
