add Google code upload logic to Gant about easyb HOT 6 CLOSED

looking at the ant googlecode task. its very green so i'm not sure if we can 
use it yet

initial cut completed and committed but only publishes easby assets, not the 
plugins yet.

What is required for this now? Ideally our URLs would just point people at the 
maven repository?

This is a low priority item, but the idea is to allow people to still download 
zips containing documentation, deps, etc as not everyone uses Maven. So while 
some of the community can grab the required libs via maven, those that still 
use Ant, etc still need to get ahold of binaries in one place.
