Because of shared vision, we do not have broadcast the location. If a teammate sees a robot, the HQ can see it as well, as long as it asks for the extended range. As a result, I don't have to broadcast the location from one robot to HQ. HQ can simply see the enemy in its extended range and blow it away.

The docs say that the HQ attack splash does not harm team, and I'm also assuming that the attack itself does not harm team.
