Hello there and thank you so much for the kind words :). I'm really happy that you're using it!
I will try to answer your question but I'm not a Lighthouse contributor so I will maybe say some things that could not be valid.
One thing that I have in mind is that Lighthouse scores vary depending on the machine where you execute them. It means that if you run tests on a 2 cores machine and on an 8 cores machine, you will probably see some differences.
What I would suggest is to trying running the Lighthouse checks from this plugin locally and verify if the score are closer to what you get using the lighthouse cli.
If the score are barely the same, it's probably the environment that is different (maybe less CPU available on Azure, maybe less memory?). If they aren't the same, maybe the problem could be due to the fact that this plugins is using Lighthouse in 6.1 so maybe I should upgrade that too :).
