Create account with username and e-mail and login with username about core HOT 4 CLOSED

I'll see how to add to the current 'login' input field two different 'username' and 'password' ones.
I'll try not to brake the current 'API' (if we can call it so...)

...just for remember it myself:
Perhaps one required 'login' which might be both text type (for username) or email type (for email), plus one optional 'email' field to be possibly used only if 'login' is of type text.
This should permit to get also the email address to be used with (server-side) Accounts.createUser.

I second that, it is a very useful feature and other accounts packages like account-ui and accounts-entry support it too.

I've created a new branch for this

now you can configure fields 'username' and 'email' instead of the old 'login' which was left behind...
you can also have one or both of them and email can be set both as required or not

at the moment input fields should be displayed correctly (just tested very quickly...)
while most of the logic behind to pass values around is still to be completed.
