We held off on finalizing, because it was possible that we might use the name meshkit for a different project. I think the coast is clear to use meshkit here, though, now.

I agree with this, after this disccusion. we can confirm that the format of the tool package like meshinfra meshkit meshxxx. That may work well for us.
