Scout-App updates about docs HOT 4 CLOSED

On further inspection it looks like your UI framework is built on Compass and Ruby-Sass.

Which should probably be updated because:

• The maintainers of Ruby-Sass have set it's End-of-life to October of 2017. They have switched to Node-Sass and Dart-Sass.
• Compass is end-of-life and unmaintained.
• Scout-App Classic (2012) is also no longer maintained and is end-of-life.
• Scout-App 2 (2016) uses Node-Sass and does not support Ruby-Sass or Compass.

So if you guys require the 2012 era of Sass (Ruby-Sass/Compass) then the links for Scout-App should be updated to point to the classic version.
