Extra dims are forwarded when using -input_type dir
from pdal-parallelizer.

As far as I can notice, extra dims are withdrawn from the merged output but not from the intermediates las outputs. It might be due to the fact that the merge step doesn't takes account of certains writers.las's options. Such as minor_version, dataformat_id and global_encoding.
I identified this part of the code wich doens't take account of those options.
