I fixed this, I add to put the resolve.fallback in node_modules/react-scripts/config/webpack.config.js, the one at the root of the probject isn't used by Create-react-app

I am also having the same problem.
Where in the node_modules/ version of webpack.config.js did you add the resolve.fallback?
And which one did you add? Where it was all set to false or set to require?
