API description about okama HOT 2 CLOSED

EOD allowed to use their data in an open-source API project. We will make okama-API code public after some refactoring.

So we had a Teams call, where @chilango74 described API being closed for a few reasons:

• It uses secondary API, which could bring some legislation problems
• It uses a few scrappers to get information about stocks

I was given access to the private repository where API lays, and it turns out that there is only integration with EOD which seems pretty legit to me. Indeed there are a few things to change still, such as secrets within the code, but I guess it would not be a problem and with the great cooperation of @chilango74 we would be able to open-source it!
EOD has a statement in their ToS that prohibits the usage of their API for any kind of retransmission =(
So having that said, it's pretty obvious now that there could be different integrations. For instance, it could look like this:

• API of @chilango74 which basically a proxy for EOD
• EOD
• Quandl
