It's a problem of your environment or github. :)
Probably, if getting another project on github with go get, you will get same problem.

another question: this package need pkg-config, could you can remove it ?

Hmm, are you using linux ?
This should be included for FreeBSD.
If you don't have pkg-config, try following.

If remove trick of pkg-config, all of users must be modify go files for them environments.

I don't understand what do you mean. The is an issue of go. not go-sqlite3.
If go include new feature that is possible to extract CFLAGS/LDFLAGS in every environments, I'll include it.
