Next release? about django-imagekit HOT 5 CLOSED

There where pending fixes and new functionalities for some time. I wanted to make new release for some time but I did'nt have enough time to do what I wanted. Thanks to @jaap3 there was migration to Github actions and replacement of nose with pytest in order to actually have working CI and also compatibility fix for Django 4.0. Django 4 is around the corner and there was desperately a need for new release. The last one was from 2017. Your comment just ring the bell that no matter what I just need to finally publish the new release.

There is still a lot of work to remove all compatibility shims in order to modernize the code base and make it Python 3 only but this will be for the next big release.

About the tag it's in github. I pushed it even before I uploaded the release to the PyPi.
