we are going to split @massalabs/as
at least 2 more packages will be created @massalabs/as-proba and @massalabs/as-types
So npm workspace will make the package management easier

Lerna is no longer maintened but it works well as it is. so maybe its still a good choice ?
as i read other alternatives are:

• turborepo
• RushJs
• Nx
• yarn workspace (but its mean using yarn)
• pnpm (but its mean using pnpm instean of npm)

Or maybe just Npm workspaces ! which is very basic but will fit our needs for now
