Looks like the audio.paused or audio.ended are causing the event handler to fail. When I have a pure play button and always run audio.play(), it seems to work. I.e. this fails:

if (audio.paused || audio.ended) audio.play();
else audio.pause();

In addition, I have to make sure that the document has loaded before running the code, and the audio-player.js file gets loaded twice. I find both puzzling, the former especially since the event handlers got added to the right element.

It would be good to find out what is failing and why unpoly throws so many errors -- or alternatively what part of the pipeline is working but I misunderstand it. For immediate purposes, it is acceptable. (I haven't pushed the working solution yet, don't wanna use up my ci/cd minutes.)

Fixed by 8e1ea1a and 0a0f705.

Issue was double loading due to wrapping xexpr twice, once via page/xexpr, once via response/xexpr.
