Similar to the above issue, I have observed that Mapillary signage location is misplaced on OSM Navigation map.
Detected no_u_turn sign at the bottom Link to OSM naavigation map
The image associated is located at a different junction. I have checked on Mapillary website by pasting the image key from Navigation map.

As you can see from the above images,the signs on OSM navigation map are located in between 'Fernside Ct' and 'Parkview Avenue' streets but the actual location on the Mapillary webpage is at the junction of 'Bayview Avenue' and 'Sheppard Avenue E'
