Use restriction sprites instead of circles about osm-navigation-map HOT 8 CLOSED

Possible workaround to set sprite dynamically since gl-js does not have a direct method to do this:

var style = map.getStyle(); 
style.sprite= 'https://www.mapillary.com/sprites/sprites'; 
map.setStyle(style);

@ajithranka when you hands are freeing up from the LA buildings stuff, can you give @planemad a hand here? I think this tool is now becoming our point of entry to navigation map and let's help @planemad.

@gyllen the sprites currently don't seem to support the values for Canada. Is there some place we can make a PR?

@geohacker @planemad This is probably not the correct forum for this but I gonna ask anyway. Is the any planned support in mapbox-gl to be able to add sprites per source. We are reaching the 500 icon sprite limit pretty fast (espeicially when more signs will be coming in).

@gyllen I don't think this has been brought up yet but if you can open a ticket in mapbox-gl-js repo, I'm sure someone will have thoughts/questions!

@planemad, @geohacker: You can get sprites with US and Canadian signs by following instructions in mapillary/mapillary_sprite_source#4 (comment). The remaining packages are coming soon.
