Compare function for change in highway classification - Learning about osm-compare HOT 4 OPEN

I want to use this changeset as a test case https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/43719665 where boundary was tagged as motorway.

Worked on this in the compare function sprint and completed it : Major road changed.

It is now in Staging: http://osmcha-django-staging.tilestream.net/?is_suspect=True&is_whitelisted=True&harmful=False&checked=All&reasons=14.

Would be great if you keep an eye on what's coming in and update this ticket with what you find, how useful this compare function is, and what can maybe be improved.

Let's keep this ticket open until we are confident that this compare function is 👍 and in a state that we want it.

Thanks @batpad . I already gone through some of the features in the morning and observed that the compare function is working as expected. Will keep an eye on this and keep the updates.
