This site key is not enabled for the invisible captcha error about security-package HOT 14 CLOSED

With the last version of this module, an invisible Recaptcha is added for newsletter protection (if you enable it). Make sure your reCaptcha key is authorized to use the invisible mode.

I think this should be added to the documentation.

@EnigmaWebdesign , your issue is different and it is usually theme related. Can you please check if you have the same issue on a default theme?

I've tested on clean Magento 2.3.2 Luma instance with:

1. ReCaptcha v2 ("I'm not a robot" Checkbox)
   This error on the right bottom of the screen can be seen:
   

2. ReCaptcha v2 (Invisible)
   No error, but the tab is pretty irritating:
   

Take into account, that it's not blocking any user interaction with the website. This is more Storefront look issue.
@phoenix128, you've mentioned that a configuration note will be added. But can't this be hidden, like it was before?

Best option opt in for the invisible captcha or just disable on newsletter.
Want to display both captcha forms on the same page if user happens to be on registration, signing or other form pages? override the defualt.xml and change the size attribute from invisible to recaptcha.

we just upgraded to 2.3.2. and are having the same issue.... on the bottom right corner a captcha error appears...

So, something changed from 2.3.1 to 2,3,2 that caused a previously functioning feature to no longer work as expected. If this is a defect then when will it be fixed? Will the patch/update (2.3.3?) resolve this issue? Is the update tracked in github for 2.3.2 identified that was the source of this error?

@alaa-almaliki - are you saying that invisible reCAPTCHA is the direction Magento is going and that the previous support for reCAPTCHA is no longer available? Or, is it your opinion that invisible is the better option? There are multiple opinions on the matter of invisible vs. not and the impact on crawlers like Google / Bing / Yahoo / etc. for SEO and site mapping. Disabling on newsletter may not be the best option since it could lead to spamming.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I believe the biggest push for people moving to 2.3.2 was the broadly published security concerns and the recommendation to update immediately.

Hi all,

I'm having problems with the MSP extension to work with the Newsletter form on the homepage.
After filling in my email and submitting it it says wrong recaptcha.

After doing some reading I see that the newsletter of Magento 2 is a pain to use with Recaptcha.
Any progress on this thread?

I just checked it with reCAPTCHA v2 and Badge reCAPTCHA invisible and I still get the error incorrect reCAPTCHA.

Also experiencing this issue in various shops. It seems that the backend setting "reCaptcha type" does not have any effect and the extension always wants to load the invisible reCaptcha? But we are fine with using the "old" reCaptcha v2.

Any suggestions?
