I haven't configure any Google reCaptcha.

Stores > Configuration > Security > Google reCapture is empty.

But I still receive this JS errors.

This is fixed in the 2.1.3 version (thanks to @jissereitsma), but that version is not yet available at the moment. It's in pre-release state for Magento, see: https://github.com/magento/magespecialist_ReCaptcha/releases

For the meanwhile, you can apply a patch in the form of a plugin onto MSP\ReCaptcha\Block\Frontend\ReCaptcha:
