Goal 1: App Functionality

Objective:

• Ensure the core functionality of the school scheduling app is complete.

Key Results:

• Implement user registration system.
• Create a user-friendly interface for adding, editing, and deleting information (Homework, Meetings) -> Implementing "CRUD+ER".
• Enable users to view their class schedule and receive notifications for upcoming classes.

Goal 2: Bug Fixing and Testing

Objective:

• Ensure the app doesn't have too many major bugs and is thoroughly tested.

Key Results:

• Identify and fix any critical bugs reported during testing.
• Perform complete testing across various devices (IOS vs. Android vs. Web).

Goal 3: User Feedback and Iteration

Objective:

• Continuously improve the app based on user feedback.

Key Results:

• Gain user feedback through surveys?
• Prioritize and implement user-requested features or improvements (Creation of the maintenance team...GALabs?).
• Set the app up for self-sustaining/organizational success for GA in the future after I graduate.
