Would it make sense to migrate the information from the projects/openoversight page to the index of OO at openoversight.lucyparsonslabs.com ?

if project link goes directly to OO, we could consider doing it as target="_blank" and/or make sure there's explicit nav back to main LPL site...

I'm thinking the link at https://lucyparsonslabs.com/ going directly to https://openoversight.lucyparsonslabs.com/ with target="_blank", yes. We would keep the project page as-is. That way visitors who want to use the tool are given priority over those who just want information, but those who just want information (i.e., visitors to the projects page) can still get it. Make sense?
