CONTRIBUTING.md 可以參考 cdnjs
然後註解部分可以參考 google 開源專案風格指南，之後如果寫完註解覺得有必要提醒並加入 CONTRIBUTING.md 說明的部分，也歡迎拿出來討論
至於
- 單行註解以及多行註解的部分，如果不是
class、function或有block(section) 特性的功能，會希望用單行就好 - 演算法盡量補充喔！方法如上
- 中英文中間一定要空一格
